Welcoming, devoid of fishy smell (mostly), unique tasting broth, pronounced ginger, slight aftertaste of salmon.
The creator trimmed the fat off the short ribs to reduce grease. He noted a slight salmon aftertaste from a previous addition but overall liked the flavor profile.
