Nice garlic flavor, but lacks the heat/kick from the habanero because the pepper skin was too tough to release flavor.
The creator was disappointed that the habanero pepper didn't infuse flavor because the skin was too tough; they plan to cut it in half next time. They are experimenting with flanken-style ribs and celery root for better fragrance.
